The Mississippi “Magnolia” Chapter of SWANA invites you to join us on the MS Gulf Coast for our 2017 Spring Conference May 16-18, 2017.
The conference will offer attendees a chance to learn from several experts in the industry and regulatory community on topics that deal with the technical, practical, and regulatory aspects of successful solid waste management. CEUs will be available!
Registration
Registration is available via the forms in this packet as well as online. All registration forms can be emailed or faxed to Charlie Bock as indicated on the forms. Online registration is available; however, online payment is not available at this time.
Upon registration, you will be provided with an invoice, and payments will need to be mailed to the address it provides.
Safety Matters
As the MS Chapter continues to provide our membership with training and educational opportunities through our conferences, we continue to stress the importance of safety in the solid waste management industry as does the national SWANA organization. We will try to provide important safety information at our conferences, but please let us know how we can better do so. Networking Events
There will be multiple chances to network with other industry professionals after conference sessions conclude May 17, all of which are included in the fees for registration.
Golfing
There will be a golf outing at the Gulf Hills Golf Course. Golf cart and lunch will be provided, and the winning golfers will get a prize.
Fishing
Continuing what has become a favorite event at our Spring Conferences, Captain Hebert with The Amberjack Fishing Charters will be taking several charter boats on a 4-hour fishing trip. Bait and tackle, cleaning, and bagging included.
