The MS “Magnolia” Chapter of SWANA Board of Directors will hold the annual Chapter membership meeting at 10:30am on Wednesday, October 12, 2022 as part of the scheduled Fall Conference. The meeting will be held in the Natchez Trace Exhibit Hall within the Natchez Convention Center located at 211 Main Street, Natchez, MS  39120.

The meeting agenda will consist of approving the minutes from the previous meeting held at the 2021 Fall Conference on Wednesday, October 13, 2021 as well as election of the officers and members of the Chapter Board of Directors for 2023. The officer and Board member candidates as proposed by the Board’s Nominating Committee will be presented during the meeting. All Chapter members in good standing are encouraged to plan to be in attendance at and participate in this meeting.
