The MS “Magnolia” Chapter of SWANA Board of Directors will hold the annual Chapter membership meeting at 10:00am on Wednesday, October 16, 2019 as part of the scheduled Fall Conference. The meeting will be held in the ballroom at the Natchez Grand Hotel at 111 North Broadway Street, Natchez, MS 39120.
The meeting agenda will consist of approving the minutes from the previous meeting held at the 2018 Fall Conference on Wednesday, October 17, 2018 as well as election of the officers and members of the Chapter Board of Directors for 2020. All Chapter members are encouraged to plan to be in attendance at and participate in this meeting.
