The Mississippi “Magnolia” Chapter of SWANA is proud to announce the 2024 MS SWANA Spring Conference. This year’s spring conference will be held at the Beau Rivage Resort & Casino in Biloxi, MS on the beautiful MS Gulf Coast March 26-28, 2024. The conference will offer attendees a chance to learn from experts in the industry and regulatory communities on topics that deal with the technical, practical, and regulatory aspects of safe and successful solid waste management. There will also be several opportunities to network with our sponsors, exhibitors, and other attendees.

The conference will be held at the spacious Beau Rivage Resort & Casino. Conference attendees can reserve rooms at the Beau Rivage under the special room block rate of $145/night + tax/resort fees.

ATTENDEE REGISTRATION

Conference registration fees for SWANA members* are $400 and covers attendance for all conference sessions as well as all networking activities during the conference. Registration for non-members is $450. Additional attendees from companies registered as a sponsor or exhibitor may attend for $400/person.

*Member rate applies to SWANA members (regardless of which chapter) as well as Air and Waste Management Association (AWMA) members.

Student Attendance
Attention, full-time college students! If you’d like to learn more about the SWANA organization as well as the solid waste management industry and its potential job opportunities, you’re invited to participate in our conference free of charge. Just click the button below to register, and you’ll have access to the conference sessions, exhibitor’s hall, and networking events and only be responsible for hotel accommodations and meals not already provided as part of the conference and events.

EXHIBITOR AND SPONSOR REGISTRATION

SPONSORS
We have several sponsorship opportunities for companies willing to support the conference and receive due recognition. Sponsor fees are based on the selected sponsorship levels (see below for more information) and include conference admission for one attendee, recognition throughout the program and on all printed materials. Sponsors choosing to send more than 1 individual may do so at the rate of $400 per additional person.

• Magnolia Sponsor fee is $1,000. (Sponsorships still available!)

• (SOLD OUT) Session Break Sponsor fee is $1,500 and includes company name and logo recognition on conference session break promotional materials.

• (SOLD OUT) Breakfast Sponsor fee is $2,000 and includes company name and logo recognition on conference breakfast promotional materials.
  

• (SOLD OUT) Meet & Great Sponsor fee is $3,000 and includes company name and logo recognition on Meet and Greet promotional materials.

• (SOLD OUT) Meet & Greet Bar Sponsor fee is $2,000 and includes company name and logo recognition on Meet and Greet promotional materials. Only 1 slot available.

• (SOLD OUT) Networking Reception Bar Sponsor fee is $2,000 and includes company name and logo recognition on Networking Reception promotional materials.

• (SOLD OUT) Karaoke Sponsor fee is $1,000 and includes company name and logo recognition on Networking Reception promotional materials.

EXHIBITORS
Exhibit space will be available for companies who desire to display their products or services. The registration fee for exhibit space and conference admission for two (2) attendees, is $1,000.00. Exhibitors choosing to send more than 2 individuals may do so at the rate of $400 per additional person.

We’re happy to continue to offer our attendees networking opportunities which are included in your registration fee. These are great opportunities to connect with other conference attendees, exhibitors, and sponsors. Events are subject to change, but the tentative events are as follows:

NETWORKING RECEPTION & KARAOKE – WEDNESDAY, MARCH 27
Sponsored by Pickett Industries, K&L Environmental Solutions, and Crows Truck Center
Wednesday evening, March 27, all are welcome to a reception sponsored by our Pickett Industries at the Beau for great food, drinks sponsored by K&L Environmental Solutions, karaoke sponsored by Crows Truck Center, door prizes, and the chance to catch up with our sponsors and vendors as well as other attendees.
